Purchasing Procedure
Our aim is to ensure that the purchase of your new home in the sun runs as smoothly as possible.
Once you have chosen your new home, we will ensure all legalities are covered, and keep you fully informed.
Inspection Trips
We will personally help you organize an inspection trip. These visits can be tailor made to suit individual client
requirements and will normally last for a duration of between 4 and 7 days.
Banking and Mortgages
You can open a Spanish Bank account irrespective of whether you are a resident or a visitor,
however the accounts operate differently depending on your status.
As our clients we will advise you on the best banks to choose for your account.
As well as helping you to open your account.
NIE / Residencia
It is necessary to have an N.I.E. Number to purchase a property or car here in Spain.
Our company will take you to the Administracion General del Estado and guide you through the process.
